DESIGN / CONSTRUCTIONAMBER series ‘PI’ Low Voltage Three Phase Power Capacitors in ‘Impregnated & Protected’ design are manufactured out of Modules made of Low Loss Self-Healing Metallised Polypropylene Film, impregnated in non-PCB oil of low viscosity. The Modules incorporate internal pressure disconnection system which fully protects the Modules against bursting in case of fault. The modular construction allows repair / maintenance of the assembly at the component level.

DISCHARGE RESISTORSFitted to reduce the voltage to a level below 75V within 3 minutes of switch-off.

TERMINATION: Plated Terminals for termination of Cables.

HOUSING: Electrostatic Powder Coated MS sheet, 1 mm, with ample ventilation louvers.
