POWER-FACTOR CORRECTION CAPACITORS
Power Factor Correction of single phase and three phase systems. Series PI & Series CI capacitors are recommended for systems with high levels of harmonics.
Series CI
Comes in two types: Single phase and Three phase. Both types are housed in a cylindrical aluminum can. The capacitor incorporates an error-pressure disconnection system for superior safety, which breaks the internal connection in case of internal pressure.
Series PF
Each single phase capacitor has a cylindrical flame retardant thermoplastic material case. The three phase assemblies are housed in electro-statically powder coated sheet steel boxes.
Series PI
Each capacitor module is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can. Each capacitor incorporates an over-pressure disconnection system for superior safety, which breaks the internal connection in case of increased pressure.
Series CE
Mainly for indoor applications, to reduce the reactive power component of an AC circuit in order to improve its efficiency, reduce extra, current, load and losses
